Saw this over at Destructoid.com, it seems some German officials are pushing forwards with their ignorance in regards to video games.
A large lan party as well as several public events have had to be canceled because o this. I feel Jim Sterling sums it up pretty well with the following quite after he mentions a similar ban on World of Warcraft viewing in public:
Apparently this will all help stop violence in the country, and surely won’t lead to frustrated and angry teenagers becoming even more frustrated and angry. Slick move, Germany!
