Via LaughingSquid.com. This was really impressive to watch. Thanks to the special material covering the BMW this concept car is almost seamless. Watching the various machinery changing the angles of the car look like muscles moving beneath skin and the headlight mimicking an eye by winking. Simply amazing. The car almost seems…alive. [...] It was a lovely semi-rainy day yesterday and during the morning hours I was peeping the internets to see if anything was going on this weekend and I recalled a second art Exhibition that happens after Art Amsterdam, called Kunstvlaai, or Art Pie International. I checked the [events section] of Expatica.com and found the [...] I spent last weekend visiting different art exhibitions around Amsterdam starting with the Station RAI Exhibitions Center, in the south. Unknowingly I had crashed at a friends place Friday night which I found out afterwards was about 3 min away from the Exhibition Center, awwwwessssome! So that made it easy to get the art [...] Saw this posted over on Laughing Squid. Blu, who created a bunch of stop motion animations on walls has released a video of all his animations together, new stuff plus, old, which all fit together, very very cool. MUTO a wall-painted animation by BLU from blu on [...] How cool is this? I read over on BoingBoing that an unsigned band out of Manchester called, “The Get Out Clause”, couldn’t afford a camera crew to shoot their music video, so instead they performed in front of CCTV cameras and then requested the footage via the Freedom of Information Act and stitched them [...] |
