It’s loosely based off my apartment complex here in Berlin, Germany. The map is being built as a test bed for learning the tools so it wont be very big. So [...] I haven’t posted in a while, I got lazy with Twitter, but I’m going to start posting again and I’m going to start with the most difficult post I’ve written to date. On June 2nd 2009, my grandmother, my dads mom, passed away, her diabetes finally getting the best of her, unfairly deciding [...] Second and last set of photos from my abandoned places adventure yesterday at Beelitz-Heilstätten. These photos were taken with my Canon 5D Mark II. Spent the day yesterday exploring my first abandoned place, Beelitz-Heilstätten in Beelitz Germany. First it was a sanatorium then turned into a military hospital. Really awesome place, didn’t have enough time to explore every building though so will have to go back. First buildings went up in 1848, Hitler recuperated here after being [...] Lets make a list and see what happens, in no particular order of course. I’ll update this list with new items as well as when things are achieved: To Do: Increase the number of creative projects. Start getting content added to the Design tabs above. Just wanted to wish all the folks being affected by the massive layoffs the past few months the best of luck in landing new jobs. Always pretty shitty when you read about this stuff at any time of the year, but the fact it’s during the holidays always seems to compound the shitty factor. |
